Nowadays, people are paying more and more attention to security issues.   • Hydraulic Transmission Station: 

Hydraulic station composed of the oil tank, the manual oil pump, a full range of hydraulic solenoid valve group, the high power motor, oil pump, oil cylinder, oil gauge, high-pressure hydraulic oil pipe and so on. It is the power source of a full set of road blocker system. The station is installed at the side of the hydraulic road blocker and works together with the road blocker (Can adjust the up and down speed through control valve). When power failure, you can manually drop the blocker down and rise the blocker up. 

  • Electronic Control System: 

Automatic electronic control system parts: PLC control board, leakage switch, no exposure to noise high life contactor and other precise time-starting devices (prevent the impact of the oil cylinder in place after movement and increase the service life of it)

Automatic controller: control box, remote controller, manual button. Those are controlled by the personnel on duty


  • Multiple Safety Protection:

Hydrulic road blocker safety protection become very important to avoid possible accidents

This cannot be neglected when using such high performance. There are three safety protection devices.


  • Safety photo sensor :

The sensor can send a infrared light beam from one side to another. When it is blocked by passing human or vehicles, the blocker will immediately stop or get down. Thus it aims to avoid accident.

  • Various Operation Methods:

Every hydrulic road blocker will have control buttons. we also offer various additional choices of operation devices.


  • Remote Control : 

Each can have two or more remote control units. People can open or close the blocker from as far as 100m distance.


  • Vehicles Radar Sensor :

It can detect vehicles moving towards the blocker will open automatically. After passing through, the Blocker will close automatically within several seconds which can set.
